The challenge

Canopy Health ran 12 independent clinics on 12 different systems. Patient records didn't travel between locations, staff spent hours on manual reconciliation, and patients got frustrated repeating their history at every visit.

Our solution

We built a unified cloud platform with a shared patient record, role-based access for each clinic, and automated insurance verification. The backend is Node.js with PostgreSQL, the frontend is React, and we deployed on AWS with Terraform.
