Moss Infrastructure Migration

The challenge

Moss had a 6-year-old monolith deployed on a single EC2 instance. Deployments took 2 hours, downtime was common, and the team was terrified of touching the codebase.

Our solution

We broke the monolith into 14 services, containerized everything, set up a Kubernetes cluster on AWS EKS, built a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, and added comprehensive monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
